The aim of the Nottingham Group is to offer friendship and support to those who suffer from severe mental illness and to their families and friends.
The Nottingham Group offers discussions on the considerable problem involved, and talks by experts and practitioners in mental health and care in the community.
Other activities include coach outings, country walks, and visits to the theatre and musical evenings.
The group also functions as a pressure group to improve services for people with mental health problems. |
